I haven’t done this for awhile but I used to when challenges were set.
I’m going to list down any item that’s tangible from 1-100, in no particular order…just about anything, without relation to each other, whatsoever except that all are part of the list below. What you’d like to accomplish is remember all the items and in so doing, you will also be able to identify what goes before or after a specific item.
To make it a challenge, before going through the technique, why don’t you try it yourself first? Time yourself also. How long did it take you to memorize the items? Ask someone to help you confirm if what you enumerated were the items in that particular order, and that when you’re asked what goes before or after, you can say without mistake what the answer is.
