Unleavened Bread Recipes

by Cecile Cinco

Last Sunday, April 13, was the regular meeting of the UCG-Manila’s Women’s Club. Since the Days Of Unleavened Bread is just a week away, the cooking/baking lessons centered on unleavened recipes.

I wasn’t able to take down notes on the ingredients and how to do them (2 recipes) but I took videos instead. The actual event was recorded including all the conversation that took place so it is as if you were there.

The length of the video has no cut. I recorded it with my ASUS V80 so that’s just it.

The recipes, by the way are Oatmeal Choco Cookies and Mango and Banana Crepes.

By the way, the demonstrations were presented by Grace Remo who is our Club President.

Before the video, below is the finished product of the Oatmeal Choco Cookies.

The next video shows how the Banana and Mango Crepes were done, while the cookies were in the oven.

Since I’m the one taking the video, you won’t see me there. But before the video, below is the finished product of the Banana and Mango Crepes (half-half; banana on one end, mango on the other). Also, that’s Grace Remo on the picture. :)
