Top Ten Emerging Influential Blogs Of 2008

For the second time, I’m going to join Janette Toral’s project of identifying my top ten emerging influential blogs that started from July 1, 2007 up to the present. By the end of the project, ten people will win $100 payable via PayPal. Deadline is July 26, 2008.
