While the world economy drops, we still find many people who are obese, especially obvious in the USA. Diet formulas over the internet have scattered here and there that you get information overload if you do not know what to keep or what to throw away.

Here are several of what I’ve seen that may be common or uncommon to you: Continue reading »

If you can deliver your service with quality at reasonable price, why not? And if you can give both within a faster time span, much better!

Here in the Philippines, it takes 14 days for passports to be processed regularly. Of course, that would assume everything needed is complete. At a higher cost, you can actually get it within 7 days, expedited. If you prepared early, 14 days would not matter and maybe you will prefer it since it is cheaper and you won’t need it any sooner anyway. Continue reading »

    With Or Without Bodybuilding Supplements

    September 24th, 2008

    by Cecile Cinco

I have known several people who turned from a stick to a trunk. Really, it’s amazing. They used to be feeble and weak, the reason for peers’ teasing. Good thing they took those childhood remarks into positive result.

When I interviewed them after a long while of not seeing each other, they have changed, not only physically but their habits have transformed. From impatience to a lot of patience, from being undisciplined to disciplined, from frequent pouting to smiling. Continue reading »

    Radios Can Be Eco-Friendly

    September 24th, 2008

    by Cecile Cinco

I recall the first time I assembled an AM radio back in 1985. It was exciting because I got to understand the schematic diagram and design my own plastic circuit board (PCB). As long as it meets the demands of the schematic diagram and parts do not criss-cross, then you’re ok. Continue reading »

Statistics. Yes, the numbers game I mean…especially when you have options.

For example, acne is a common problem with hundreds of options for cure available in the market. Which one will you go for? If you know nothing about it, you have to depend on statistics. From there you can make an intelligent decision. Continue reading »

Beware Of Emails Looking For Nanny

    September 16th, 2008

    by Cecile Cinco

Several times I have received a short email that he (yes, a guy) needs a nanny, that he is a widower with 2 kids and they live in the UK, that he is willing to pay 850 pounds per week and will provide shopping allowance and accommodation.

For a Philippine nanny, that is great opportunity! A week’s salary is equivalent to almost half a year salary locally! But of course, UK’s minimum is far greater than the Philippines’. Don’t be too happy yet. Continue reading »
