Types Of Diet

While the world economy drops, we still find many people who are obese, especially obvious in the USA. Diet formulas over the internet have scattered here and there that you get information overload if you do not know what to keep or what to throw away.

Here are several of what I’ve seen that may be common or uncommon to you:

Macrobiotic diet – It simply suggests having longer life through dieting and it involves eating grains as your staple with fruits and vegetables, avoiding the processed and refined.

Lemonade diet – The strict course goals to rest the digestive tract, clean your system of impurities, detoxifies, and burn excess fat from 10-40 days.

Mediterranean diet – High consumption of fresh fruits and one glass of red wine a day.

Raw food diet – Eating fruits and vegetables organic and uncooked.

Apple cider diet – taking several tablespoons of apple cider vinegar daily.

…and lots, lots more.

One of the most common, though, is taking appetite suppressants which trick your body into believing you have eaten more than you actually have.

Before plunging into any diet, take 2nd and 3rd opinions or even more.
