In the Philippines, a new violation is set in motion. If you’re caught riding a motor bike with no helmet, you are punishable by the law. Added to it is if you are caught with slippers under your feet instead of rubber shoes or similar cover.
Many do like it but find the no-slipper rule a bit too much.
Recently, a number of people had bike accidents. These are not just pedal bikes but motor bikes! Riders tend to rule over the road and when they do, they think they are immortal. Many times, accidents are caused by the bike riders themselves. When accidents happen, either you crash your body alone and/or you crash the whole bike beyond recognition, and of course, yourself. If you have a cheap bike, that could probably be easy to repair. But if that’s a Harley, you’ll most likely have to buy some Harley parts.
