How To Lose Weight Effectively

by Cecile Cinco

It’s almost every woman’s dream–to be sexy with that Coca-Cola body. I used to have an 8-oz Coca-Cola body back when I was playing. By “playing,” I meant doing stuff I loved doing that it doesn’t count as “effort” on my part such as cycling, swimming, hiking, and bowling. I lived on my own so I had the time all to myself without having to worry about somebody else to take care of. I was in my early 20s then.

Now, I still do have that Coca-Cola body. It has upgraded, though, from an 8-oz bottle to Coke 2000 bottle! :D Of course, I’m exaggerating. :)

Recently, I’ve joined a couple of friends who made up a target to lose 5 lbs or more in a month. The loser is the one who lost the lesser and will treat the winner to a series of beauty treatments like foot spa, full body massage, manicure and pedicure. I said I’ll join but only as a silent competitor. I just want to beat them both without having to risk spending much if I lose since I can’t afford the penalty in the first place.

Anyway, I have different ideas on how to lose weight and I really could if I just put my heart into it. I’ve tried them myself for some time and they’re effective until I decided to not care.

The best I found to work is a combination of sorts:

1. eat protein first BEFORE carbohydrates; when you feel you’re full, stop eating.

2. eat fruits and vegetables BEFORE protein; don’t eat fruits and vegetables when you’re full.

3. eat small portions many times in a day than big portions a few times a day.

4. drink lots of water to cleanse your body before eating; little at a time to absorb the water after eating.

5. do some vigorous sports if you can’t exercise.

If those can’t do wonder, consider other weight loss solution.
