Only 7% Of Fat Burners Work???

by Cecile Cinco

A few months ago, in September, two women made and took a challenge of reducing at least 5 pounds per month. The winner will be treated to foot spa, body massage, facial massage, manicure and pedicure, and a dinner at a class restaurant. The loser will pay.

The challenge sounds good but I can’t join because I can’t afford to lose. I said I’ll join quietly. That is, I’ll just try to beat what they can do without the effects of the treat or loss.

They supposed to have started in November because October was the Feast of Tabernacles and that means sumptuous meals for the whole 8 days! I took that time as the opportunity. I reasoned, since it’s the time when there’s lots of food, I’ll not eat rice. I succeeded all days except one when I was one of the last to eat and there’s not enough viand left. I had to eat rice though it was just minimal. Also, I make sure to eat the vegetables and fruits FIRST before eating any fish, chicken or beef.

Effect? It was good. My skirts loosened. I think I lost 2 inches around the waistline (did not measure nor weigh for the lack of tape measure and weighing scale).

Cutting down on carb works for me but during this time I can’t afford not to eat rice. It’s no longer the Feast and the budget is very limited. If I have to really see some great results fast, maybe I should consider one of the best fat burners. Be very careful, though. It is said that only about 7% of them work.
