It’s every woman’s dream to have that sheen/shine/luster you see on shampoo and hairconditioner advertisements. All the promises of beauty salon result without spending as much. But it seems that they are mere promises…or am I not doing it right?
VCO (virgin coconut oil), I think, has better results. At least my hair grows faster and denser. It has the sheen/shine/luster too but that’s before removing the excess oil and smell of VCO by shampooing.
This morning as I was watching a local program on TV, there was a portion where some wacky beauty tips were shared. One of them was using vinegar mixed with carbonated water to bring out that shine/sheen/luster.
Now, as I’m typing, I have already mixed a cup of vinegar to 3 cups tap water (my guesstimate) and poured it on my head over the kitchen sink. I have to let it stay at least 15 minutes before shampooing.
What will happen? Will it be effective? Let’s see…
How about you, have you tried it?
