I was living on my own then. No other person to take care of. No other person to think of when I want to go about my activities. No one to complain about my eating habits. When I had to move from my hometown to another working environment, the latter stripped me off of my rigorous activities. Instead, I had to travel in a bus, seated for 4 hours total, coming and going, and still seated for 9 hours while at work! That’s when my asthma overcame my immune system.
I still could ride the racer bike from time to time, which was what made me stay slim somehow. When I ride, I drive fast until my thighs swole. I race with tricycles without them knowing, hands always ready on the breaks. When I lost the 12-speed bike (stolen), I lost my exercise…and gained those love handles!
When I get the budget, I’ll buy a bike. A mountain bike or a racer? I like the sturdiness of a mountain bike but the lightweightness and speed of a racer. If ever I win a car, I’ll sell it so I can buy both a racer and a mountain bike.
Less maintenance.
While I haven’t got a bike, I must find the motivation to do something about my weight. I might consider weight loss pills but I’ll try castor oil first.

Living all by yourself is kinda bit boring but anyway, it depends upon you. Being sick and there’s no one you can turn to is not easy. You better change your lifestyle to keep you stay healthy.
