I don’t like exercise. Not the exercise, per se, but the doing itself. I’d rather do something strenuous as long as it has nothing to do with counting. I can go into sports maybe, which I used to do even the whole day, six times a week. I get to rest on Saturdays.
When I was into sports, I had no asthma and I was slim and agile. Well, I was younger but still I loved the sports without the need to exercise.
Unless you choose from one of the best diet pills or regimen or really go into exercise or sports or perhaps go under the knife for medical trimming, you can’t have that slim body (unless you really don’t grow big widthwise). Also, unless you go into exercise or sports, your immune system will go weaker.
So, exercise is really very important…to have that slim body and healthy immune system….then I wouldn’t be asthmatic.
