Hubby Questioning My Biking Activity

by Cecile Cinco

Hubby bought me a bike mainly to have an activity that I love doing that can give me the exercise I need to develop my immune system AND be able to lose weight.

The day it was bought I was able to bike around 2 hours under the high noon heat of the day, without having lunch yet. It’s quite ok. Reached home sweaty. Looks like I really lost a lot then.

Getting bored easily, I never took the same route again. I went somewhere else. If my first trip was westward, the next time I went southward, then the next time I went northward. Eastward is towards the water so I really haven’t tried to take that route.

Now, the bike is used by my 15-year old girl more often than I use it. The problem is, the rear brake has lost its grip by half so I use the front brake with much caution. I couldn’t go fast as I wanted to, unless the brake is fixed.

Due to that, I haven’t biked as I should have. The purpose of buying the bike has been half-defeated. Although I can exercise at home, I don’t have the motivation. In short, I haven’t been strengthening my immune system and losing weight by way of exercise that I could have gotten from biking.

Now, hubby is questioning the weight I seem to be gaining! Hmm…I’m now reading the liporexall review and it seems that the 9 patented ingredients all help in reaching my goal! Thinking, thinking, thinking… :)

  1. I used to bike too, back in the day, but I haven’t done that in ages! I miss the freedom it affords me… and the sweat too!
