How To Give More Than One Gift To The Same Person Within The Same Day: Facebook’s Farm Town Gift-Giving Glitch

Among the Facebook applications, Farm Town holds the record as the top 1 Most Frequently Played Game. At least, for me. There’s more to it than just clicking. It’s the closes to a real farm in terms of buying seeds, planting and harvesting. You get to choose yourself where and when to plant. You get others to harvest for you and they are paid or you can harvest it yourself. In addition, there is communication among the farmers. It’s a chat and play at the same time. You get to know people from other parts of the globe.

In addition to plain farming, you also get to beautify your farm with fences, houses, trees, flowers and even ponds. As you go up each level, some features gets unlocked. I’ve seen very beautiful farms. Although I can beautify mine now, I’ll wait till I can buy the largest farm I can buy. From level 15 and all the odd numbers till level 25, you get the option to buy land in addition to your existing land. Your farm gets bigger.

Farm Town gets addicting so if you haven’t started yet, don’t tell me I did not warn you. I just learned recently that there are even Farm Town cheats. It turns out that a matrix has been made to plot the price of seeds, the length of time it gets ready to be harvested, how long before each withers, how much to harvest and how much it gets sold for. Anyone can figure that out if given the time to spend on it. Somebody has done it, why reinvent the wheel, so to speak? My point is, that’s not a cheat at all.

I’ve done several searches and there exists a cheat. Actually several but the working one (as one claims) is a certain application you have to install. It makes your avatar 5x faster and other stuff it can do. I did not delve more into it because I don’t like it. It’s really a cheat. Though the fact that somebody was able to do it means the system is glitched. This glitch is selfish because it favors the player.

Gift-giving is glitched too but you don’t need anything else other than your browser to be able to send out more than 1 gift to the same person within the day. Besides, this glitch is outward. You give than receive. When you give, you don’t expect anything else in return but the natural law of giving compels the recipient to do the same. It would be the recipient’s choice to give in return or not.

So, you want to give more than what you can naturally give? Here’s how:

1. log into your Farm Town

2. click on Send Gifts

3. open several new tabs or windows to show the Send Gifts page

4. in each tab/window, choose the gift and the person/s you want to give the gift to but don’t click yet the final sending.

5. when you are done with all tabs/windows, click each final Send button. If you did 7 tabs/windows, the person/s will receive 7 gifts.

How many can you send? It all depends on your computer’s memory. :)

Two decades ago, the standard house for sale in a subdivision has 3 bedrooms big enough to fit 2 single beds and you still have some space in between. Now, that has changed to 2 bedrooms which can fit 1 bed. More and more 1-bedroom row houses are being built to accommodate families with low income to give the opportunity of owning a house. It’s not surprising that in most of the designs, you can reach the door from your bed!

It’s still better, though, to own a house instead of renting, but that’s a different topic. When you’re one of those wanting more space because you have more stuff your floor space can accommodate, then you might gain from this post.

Assuming you have your stuff like furniture, arrange them in a modular way.  Arrange big items close to the wall. That way you have the walking space in the middle. Reaching to the left or right will be easier than having your walking space by the wall and everything else on the other side.

Keep stuff you don’t need but won’t throw away under the bed or in the farthest cabinet.

Use the wall. Instead of picture frames, install shelves or wall cabinets (then put your picture frames on the cabinet door if you so insist on displaying them). Hang your TV too. There are several tv stands that are designed to attach to the wall.

Use the ceiling. I’ve seen a small house where the clothes cabinet is hinged to the ceiling. The hinge is on the top front part, the ceiling serves as the cover. There is a hook at the bottom part that hooks to the ceiling when you bring the bottom up. I thought it was really cool. You just make sure you hinge it to the horizontal beam with big screws that can handle the weight of the filled cabinet.

    When you’re yet buying:

Think modular. Modular furniture, for example, can follow the form of the space provided. You can rearrange them to fit.

Think stackable. Anything stackable saves space like monoblock chairs.

Think functional. If it’s mere display, think again.

Think multipurpose. If something can do more than one purpose, great! The more it can do, the better. I like my kitchen scissors. It has a can opener, bottle opener, grip, fish scaler, peeler, knife, flat screwdriver and sometimes I use it as a pot holder. :)
