I have been thinking of appetite suppressant this past week. I always feel hungry and it seems that while in my I have been in my biking program, I find myself eating more carbo than usual. Well, of course, you’d say. I need it for burning. Well, can’t my fats burn first?
The other day, my sister gave me some wheat germ. My mom bought it from Manila Sanitarium when she attended a nutrition seminar last Dec. 6. I think I got about 1/4kg and none of my kids liked it. I loved it. It was my snack when I was young. I grew up with it!
I noticed one day when all I ate was wheat germ for breakfast and biking 2km to send my kid to school and fetch her for lunch is another 2km and send her back to school for another 2km and when I reached home, I was spooning more wheat germ….and I did not feel hungry at all! Hmmm….
