First off, luggage and baggage are just like furniture and equipment…you don’t put an s at the end to make it plural. I often see that error in department stores.
Anyway, back to what I’d really like to blog about…
Once a year, in late September and early October, the whole family goes to a place to observe the Feast of Tabernacles. We had to travel 6 hours with ten days of clothing for 5 of us people…by bus. During these trips I always emphasize that we should travel light. Our destination is the coldest place in the Philippines, Baguio City, so less sweat. Actually, none at all! What has been worn on the 2nd day can be worn again on the 5th day!
As for me, the packer, I buy those very, very, very lightweight sack bags in the market. They are spacious and yet VERY lightweight and relatively cheap. It’s not durable. Actually, more often than not, I’ll buy another set the next year or two since some have already bid goodbye. Unless, maybe, I can buy Titan luggage, I’ll be sticking to my solution.
