It’s rather rare that you find someone who does not care about his or her looks. You’d think that women are vain but ask at least a hundred women and a hundred and men, you’d be surprised that men are more vain. Sometimes they just don’t accept the reality.
What now when they get old? Naturally we get wrinkles as we age. Who will go for stretching? For injection? Have you heard of prototype 37c? Who’s buying?
As for me, I don’t care if I get wrinkles…but perhaps I can lessen the chance of having them by being happy to the bones so I get bone-deep beauty that reflects to the surface.

Well, I really don’t care about how I look but sometimes I find myself staring at the mirror asking what my blogging addiction has done. Ang lalim na ng mata ko! Para ako addict!

what you mentioned is right, you will be happy… by not thinking too much into your appearance and by just following the right health habits.. it will naturally make you a more attractive person both physically and mentally. If you are not insecure about the way you look and you present confidence to people you meet that itself will attract people towards you… come on, think of the type of people you want to meet? it is definitely not any needy insecure, complaining, clingy ones..
Now we are talking about looks which means it is to attract opposite sex also.. to say whether it is men or women who feel it important ? I feel it will be more female voice we hear say “yes” .. as the count of men who thinks looks are not what all matters to attract is still less than the count of women who actually know that, it is looks that first filters them from being approached by any interesting man… which mean looks do matter here…
@risjou, for a larger percentage, I think it does.
