Have you got a wall that’s bare? No picture frames to hang? Don’t want shelves on that wall? Want an idea?
How about installing a wall sconce or two? It will not only be decorative but also functional. If you’d like it to be personalized, you can cutout photographs and use clear tape at the back (masking tape might just show through and dim part of the picture). Of course you have to choose a sconce that has a flat and plain surface. Every time the sconce is on and the main lights are off, the cutout pictures will lit and cast shadows too. Your once boring wall will be no longer boring.
