Going Towards A Healthy Lifestyle

It’s a choice between doing good or bad.

Bad choices:

- too much junk food (a little will add to your enjoyment but if your mind is set to healthy food, you will not enjoy junk food at all).

- sleepless nights (our bodies recuperate in certain hours of the NIGHT so missing them robs your body of that recuperating power.

- not having fruits or vegetables (you can choose to eat anything considered food but fruits and vegetables but you’re also straining your colon.

- not moving (not only do your joints rust but your body weakens).

Good choices:

- eating real food (natural as possible).

- having enough sleep, around 7-8 hours for all ages, at nights.

- eat fruits and vegetables (they are the best colon cleansing diet that’s natural…if you get to make it habitual).

- exercise (in the vernacular, we say “galaw-galaw, baka mai-stroke” which means to say stop being physically idle because you might suffer stroke).
