The state of our health largely predicts how we’re going to be in the last days of our lives. We’ve often heard “you are what you eat.” Although eating has a great impact on our health, it is not the only factor that makes up our health.
Habits such as not moving around deprives our bodies of the exercise we need. Sleeping late or not sleeping at all, done frequently also tears our bodies apart.
When we see that our bodies get weaker by the year, that’s the time we think of patches. If you’re living in NC, you probably think of health insurance in NC. When you’re somewhere else like Washington, or another country, that’s where you’ll check.
It seems that we only find fixes when it’s breaking. The best is still to focus on prevention so you rarely have to use any cure.
