In the Philippines, graduation ended by the first week of April. That’s the norm for primary and secondary levels. For tertiary levels and beyond, a graduate can be an Octoberian since graduation can be during October.
It may be less of an issue for elementary and high school graduates but for collegiate, masteral and doctorate, usually there is a celebration. If it’s your graduation, how are you going to invite? Would it be just a call, word-of-mouth, or would graduation announcements be a lot better?
