Referring to my own experience, I’m trying to think of what foods I have eaten that made me less craving for more food at a shorter time span than usual.
A banana or two in the morning gave me staying power until lunch. Oatmeal is also good but since I tend to go to the toilet earlier, I get hungrier earlier too.
Eating protein first before carbohydrates made me eat less carbohydrates…and I don’t have to eat snacks before dinner.
Having dinner about 3 hours before sleeping means I don’t have to eat midnight snacks. In relation to that, sleeping also earlier makes your digestive system go to rest earlier and wait for the morning to work again.
Having fruits and vegetable first, then protein, then carbo last, not only makes me eat less but also gives me enough fiber to have proper elimination not part of the problem.
How about you? What’s your best appetite suppressants?
