Have you read the guy who brought bread larger than usual (from my previous post)? He’s 2 years short of being called a “senior citizen.” Old, right? But I’ll tell you, he looks like he’s only in his 40s…ok, late 40s. Still, he looks so young for his age!
I admire the guy. You know why? He’s always in a jolly mood. He makes people of all ages laugh. It’s his outlook and personality. He may sometimes tease or do some harmless practical jokes but his general aura is positive.
In addition, he’s into sports (swimming) for decades. That means he has established his physique to be strong and enduring.
His mental, physical, emotional and even spiritual facets of his being are in tiptop shape. I can fairly say that’s what makes him look and feel so young. If you can be like him, wrinkles will be the least of your problems. If not, you might want to go ahead and learn of the wrinkle cream reviews before diving into buying one.
