We just have to live with the fact that the earth is degrading, especially if we do nothing about those non-biodegradables that further destroy our habitat.
6,000 years ago, men live to be more than 900 years old. The oldest man in the Bible, Methuselah, died at 969. Now, the average lifespan is threescore and ten, which is 70. A ‘score’ is 20 years.
Our soil is less healthy than it was several thousands of years ago. We get lesser nutritious foods nowadays. That’s where processed vitamins come in. They may be processed but still act almost the same way as the naturals do with our bodies. With the situation of the earth today, we don’t seem to be limited with two choices: take it or not.
Among processed vitamins, though, we have to take note of what to buy because there are those formulated to care for children focusing on their growth, and there are those for men, focusing on their muscles, and there are also vitamins for women, taking note of the monthly release of blood and the lack of estrogen supply after menopause. Likewise, there are also vitamins for the aged. Be sure to pick the right one.
Remember, an ounce of prevention is worth more than a pound of cure.
