I seem to be failing in my effort to reach my desired weight. I have successfully weighed less but it still is not enough. It’s just that one moment in my life I just stopped what I used to do when I was succeeding. I’ve been eating rice for about 2 months now. I thought to start again but it did not last long. I don’t eat much rice, though, but I still gain more than I should, I think. I started my exercise but did not follow through also.
I need to put and exert extra effort to reach my goal. I know! Otherwise I might end up needing some weight loss pills!
