The internet has made so much technological leap to our advancement especially in learning and trade. It has also been a big contributing factor why we are getting sick. The mere sitting all day and focusing on the monitor (call yourself a workaholic or a gameaholic) is cutting short your life. Frequent standing up every 15 minutes should do the trick to minimize the defect healthwise. Blinking every so often will also minimize the strain on your eyes.
The key is exercise. (I’m actually telling this to MYSELF!) Yes, I need it. You need it too. Otherwise we might end up having a patient monitor stuck to us.
