Metabolism, Where Are You?

It used to be that the cause of getting big is eating in fastfoods most of the time and staying in front of the tv watching even all those advertisements. The sedentary lifestyle has moved to a new level. No longer is the tv the culprit because less people are watching it these days. It is the existence of the internet and social media with lots of games, if not for online income opportunities, that makes the life of this new age exist with more people who have low and lower metabolism rate. Perhaps in that aspect, although not limited to such, that the internet can be blamed.

Actually, it is not the internet’s fault because it does not have a mind of its own. Just like any medium, it can be good or bad depending on how it is handled by the person using it. Even if you learn through the internet the side effects of ignite maxx but if you will do nothing about it, where will it lead you?

I know what I should do. I got to get myself moving! I got to get my butt off the stool and go out walk a mile or two or even five! I got to do some squat and leg exercises so I won’t lose them! I need to exercise badly and I need it sooner than later! Not just to get my metabolism burning but to get myself into better health.
