Men: What Do You Do To Make Your Body Masculine?

July 2nd, 2010

by Cecile Cinco

Female and male bodies are different. They work differently and for different purposes. For instance, women do not develop muscles like men. Muscles may develop but not as big as what men can accomplish.

Why women would like to develop such muscles is beyond me. They have their reasons. For me, I think, all reasons lean on the musculine side. Why not? Women, naturally, would want to be sexy and soft. Men’s sexiness is different–hard and muscled. Continue reading »

Eyes Tell So Much

July 2nd, 2010

by Cecile Cinco

People cannot see what’s in the heart because we tend to look at the outward appearance of a person. Only God can see the heart and really look into the heart instead of how we look.

The nearest thing we can see physically that can tell much is one’s set of eyes. Eyes can tell when you’re happy, sad, lying or sincere. To the iridologist, he/she can see what’s ailing your body. Continue reading »

Water is very important. Our body consists of 75% water. So is the earth we live in. (Learning to swim is a real advantage should you have to be on that 3/4 part of the earth than the safe 1/4 part.) Continue reading »

    An Ounce Of Prevention

We just have to live with the fact that the earth is degrading, especially if we do nothing about those non-biodegradables that further destroy our habitat.

6,000 years ago, men live to be more than 900 years old. The oldest man in the Bible, Methuselah, died at 969. Now, the average lifespan is threescore and ten, which is 70. A ‘score’ is 20 years. Continue reading »

As a toddler, you really don’t care about anything else except to eat when hungry, sleep when sleepy, play and look for mama.

When you start school, all of the WHYs have been asked.

As a teenager, it’s time for curious minds to explore. Continue reading »

The state of our health largely predicts how we’re going to be in the last days of our lives. We’ve often heard “you are what you eat.” Although eating has a great impact on our health, it is not the only factor that makes up our health. Continue reading »

Getting A Second Or Third Opinion

    March 1st, 2010

    by Cecile Cinco

When it comes to health issues, something you need treatment for , be it for some sickness, disease or even for beauty, it should be common for you to get a second or third opinion. Better a third so you get at least a 2/3 result.

Doctors are subject to human error too. Also, it’s better to ask friends you know about their experience with certain doctors or even the medicine they took. Some medicine or pills have side effects. Know from their experience. Like, if you’re planning to take some diet pills, ask around or you can look up particularly for xenadrine rfa x reviews if you’re considering it.

Getting a second or third opinion will only give you a better edge so practice it. :) It’s your self defense to a worse result.

What Is Your Skin Care Regimen?

    February 21st, 2010

    by Cecile Cinco

During my younger years, even up to now, I never had any skin care regimen except for bath soap and water as I bathe. I’ve tried Ponds for a short while but the regimen itself tires me and lessens the money in my wallet. Since I’m allergic to many things, I don’t wear makeup unless it is necessary. How To Prevent Hair Loss

    February 21st, 2010

    by Cecile Cinco

Hair loss comes early in life usually because of our own doing. Hair dyes, hairdryers and curling irons are the leading causes of hair loss for men and women. Hair coloring more than once within the 8-week period will make gravity stronger, causing hair fall. Braiding too tight stretches the hair is also a hair-fall contributor. Too much alcohol and tobacco not only causes hair to say goodbye to your scalp but dandruff is also caused. Illnesses and antibiotics weaken those grips to your hair follicles so as excessive shampooing and lack of sleep and off-time sleep. Also, avoid too much salt. Continue reading »

Am I that old? For some months now I’ve been suffering from joint pains. My finger joints hurt but not as much as my knees. Climbing the stairs is not easy. It gives me a hard time going up more than it is going down. My kids tease me that I’m already old but I have some friends who are a lot older and yet do not feel what I suffer. Continue reading »

    You Are What You Eat

    January 20th, 2010

    by Cecile Cinco

My mom used to say when we kids were little, “you are what you eat, so eat right.” Candies were banned and we ate brewer’s yeast and wheat germ…and I love them! In fact, just recently, I wolfed on some my sister gave me. Wheat germ, that is. None in my family liked it but I sprinkle it on my food and when I feel I had just a little, I’ll spoon some directly into my craving mouth. :) Continue reading »
