Is insurance good or bad? It depends on how you look at it. Generally, insurance is good. You get financial return for the loss of whatever it is you’re insuring which is a lot larger than what you paid for. Comparing it with a bank time deposit, it is still a lot larger.

When does it become bad? Continue reading »

I’ve mentioned recently that I’ve joined an advertising company, Link From Blog, that will pay per review. I joined because my friend got paid. I was approved in a short while and when I was, I immediately looked for opportunities. There’s quite a number of them and I just bid on those that I think I would be able to blog about. As a problogger (a blogger earning money through blogging), it is my natural inclination to find better ways and look around and learn from other bloggers’ experiences what work and what doesnt. Although there are a lot of scammers, there are still some that are for real, having honest-to-goodness good business ethics with bloggers…and paying is the number one barometer whether it’s for real or for kill. Practical Tips When Loaning For A House

    October 29th, 2008

    by Cecile Cinco

More often than not, we can purchase a house only if we apply for a loan. Those taking a loan just to be able to own a house probably know the importance and the benefits of having your own as opposed to renting or merely living with parents or other relatives or even friends.

Below are some points NOT to do when you plan to buy a house via financial institution (aka housing loan): Continue reading »

It started when I was curious about ‘Craiglist Exposed’ but found out that the ebook is for sale from $1.99 to $79. I searched and searched, looking for the same but free. If I can get it for free, why not? These could be the way I can get disney world tickets!

As I searched, I not only found the particular ebook I was looking for but several others, in fact, a lot others, that are useful to help me make money online and develop my online skills.

The list below is what I found, all for free if I join for free, and I even get a $10 sign-up bonus.

All I have to do is visit the ads sent to me and I earn points. The number of ads depend on the categories you ticked. A maximum of 10 ads per day will be sent to you so if you visit them all, you get 10 points. It’s basically an advertising pool and you get a share depending on your effort.

You can get paid by cheque or by PayPal when you reach payout level which is $50 for PayPal and $55 for cheque.

The downloadables are already a great resource for me, which is what triggered me to sign up. I think it would benefit you too so you might as well want to take the opportunity while it’s available.

Or so, the email I received notified me….

It wasn’t the first time. I’ve been receiving such emails telling me that my Paypal account has been limited and that I have to fix it by clicking on a link.

    Have you received such?

Don’t click! If you would notice the status bar when you mouse over the link, it’s not from paypal.com but from some site. What will happen is, when you click that link and enter your details, you have given the scammers your login information.

It’s not just Paypal. There are others like banks, commonly.

Many know of this but still a lot do not have an inkling so this post is to warn and help you…and, don’t panic.
